About Us
We grew up in Latin America, never knowing winter, where the climate was always warm and cold seemed like a distant experience. Everything changed when we arrived in Calgary, Canada. There we faced temperatures as low as -28°C, air that hurt to breathe, and the feeling that the city had stopped under the ice.
The Chinook effect
Then we discovered the 'Chinook Effect'—a warm wind that descends from the Rocky Mountains and sweeps through the city, transforming everything into an enjoyable landscape in the middle of a long winter. In a matter of hours, this phenomenon can raise temperatures by up to 20 degrees, melting ice and restoring movement, energy, and life to a landscape that seemed dead.
That experience left us with a reflection: the most powerful changes may not be visible at first glance—they're like the wind, they pass and reveal themselves in due time. We believe communication works the same way—it's a mobilizer of organizations that connects people and opens paths where none seemed to exist. Though not evident at first sight, like the wind, it flows until it fulfills its purpose.
So Vento Solutions was born, a brand inspired by the warm and timely force of the 'Chinook'. Our work is to make communication flow in the right direction, overcoming blockages and using agile tools to arrive at the right moment. Because when communication moves, organizations move too.
